NGT48 Assault Case Summary for July 30, 2019

I guess at some point I put up a disclaimer, but that’s probably lost in the depths of S48 threads now. In any case, I should say I try to just repeat the Japanese thread as closely as possible here — I started this out of my own curiosity of what the Japanese media/fans were discussing, so it’s not meant to be exhaustive news or stay strictly on topic.
