  • AKS is presenting evidence beyond what’s in their brief
  • Regarding new findings, when reading the brief it’s written that the friendly relationship was presents and such being exchanged in the hallway, but also that Maho was able to be contacted for the exchanges via Twitter DMs.
  • If they were on such good terms, it would seem you should be talking and asking for her phone number, and naturally calling or texting to talk, but apparently such a thing isn’t possible, and it’s written they could only converse via Twitter DMs.
  • If your DMs are open to not only close friends, then anyone can send you a message, even though you may not be close to you at all
  • The details in the legal brief seem to suggest that they were treated merely as big fans
