  • If the perpetrators did borrow a room diagonally in front of hers, what’s the need of waiting for the time she would return after the theater show is over to go talk to her?
  • If he already resided on the 6th floor at the time and even knew her telephone number, wouldn’t it be unnecessary to act out such a convoluted plan?
  • Even there, for some odd reason they make another assertion about AKS being strict on consorting

    • For as much as he says it would be trouble if he were spotted, he went on to reside in front of her
    • For someone who ended up bringing up the names of multiple other members following the assault, it’s hard to think it’s the same person who also acts very carefully out of fear that he’d catch hell if only his consorting with Yamaguchi-san were to be found out

    • It sure is filled with excuses there. It strikes one as him absolutely having no concerns for Yamaguchi-san

    • So by that time he was already living there. In this case, there would be no need to wait all the way until the end of her theater show
    • For some reason, after he rented it in November, he still had to check for the time she would be back home, call over some people with him, and resort to all these nonsensical actions.
  • Here one would expect it to say that he attempted to break into Yamaguchi-san’s apartment, but instead reading the preparatory papers the story goes that, wanting to have a talk at Tano’s former apartment, he intended for her to come over there instead.

    • You say there would be opposition to it? I mean, she’s being subjected to a stalking act. Being alone with a culprit with stalker tendencies, it follows there would be opposition.
  • (From the paper: And since Defendant #2 = Kitagawa is considered to have an easygoing image inside of the group, it would have been someone who Yamaguchi wouldn’t have to feel agitated around…)
    • Isn’t that thing the opposite of it? You have Defendant #1 with his stalking tendencies PLUS a pal she doesn’t know much about, two men and one woman alone in an apartment that is more like a hideout…
    • While in a state of extreme alert, not knowing what will be done to her. And then, it’s actually an assault incident that is taking place. When like that, in pretty much all cases of course one wouldn’t come over, I presume.

    • That’s some extremely weird things he’s saying there. Why did he ever decide to visit her residence, again?
    • Based on what Defendant #1 tells in the preparatory papers, Defendant #1 was apparently regarded by her with jealousy out of the suspicions that he might be consorting with other members.
    • Since he apparently has told her on purpose (at the handshake event) that he intended to go explain to her about the situation, there’s no misunderstanding or any such things as “not knowing what”
    • Or alternatively, maybe he never said such a thing?

    • Since even with today’s reason of going there to give an explanation it still remains a scary situation, one cannot understand why he would say such a thing.
    • Besides, given that he says to have spent 800 tickets for two hours at the handshake event, having had enough time to discuss for one hour in each session, couldn’t he have given a proper explanation while there?
    • I really have no idea why one would need to set another specific day to go all the way to her apartment
