- The Taishu article was on September 3rd. The brief was submitted around September 13th. So the contents of the brief were known earlier when the article came out.
- My only reasoning as to how that happened is that it was leaked by the defendants’ attorney.
- However, the contents were not to the defendants’ advantage.
- Since they are able to make up a story with AKS, I guess in their next claims they will admit that the names of the members that were given were lies.
- For those being sued, this is the same as actively admitting to the plaintiff’s (AKS) claims. Same as saying you will pay ¥30M.
