My first solo translation project, back in 2017, was Neru’s individual PV from Keyakizaka’s first single, Silent Majority. In her solo debut she sings… a Periodic Table of the Elements song.
I chose this video since 1) no one else had subbed it yet, 2) the dialog was simple, and 3) it was subtitled in Japanese. I like that it shows Neru’s silly, cute, and nerdy sides at the same time.
After a couple years of experience, and in commemoration of her upcoming graduation from the group, I’ve cleaned it up a bit for re-release. Enjoy!
